            -  By entering the Awards, you agree to follow all terms and conditions.
 
            -  These terms may change without prior notice. Please check the website regularly.
 
            -  Any doubts should be clarified directly with the Awards team.
 
            -  Participation is voluntary and does not guarantee a prize or recognition.
 
            -  Entry is FREE.
 
            -  Each category has different criteria—please read the category descriptions carefully.
 
            -  All entries must be submitted using the official online form only.
 
            -  The deadline to submit is Wednesday, 20th August 2025, 6 PM. (We may extend this if needed.)
 
            -  The Grand Finale will be held on Thursday, 11th September 2025, at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai.
 
          
           Entry Guidelines
          
            -  You can enter up to 5 categories, but not in a category you've already won twice previously.
 
            -  Last year’s winners cannot submit the same project again.
 
            -  A sponsor cannot enter the category they are sponsoring.
 
            -  Entries are open to businesses across India in the jewellery and related trades.
 
          
           Submission Rules
          
            -  If you submit false information, you will be disqualified and may need to return the award.
 
            -  Entries found to be copied, influenced by others without due credit may be disqualified.
 
          
           Evaluation Process
          
            -  An independent jury will review entries and may request a virtual presentation.
 
            -  Judges can move entries to more suitable categories if required.
 
            -  The jury’s and management’s decisions are final and binding.
 
          
           Disqualification
          Entries can be disqualified if:
          
            -  Misrepresenting Facts
 
            -  The applicant fails to respond to follow-up communication within 5 working days.
 
          
           Rights & Publicity
          
            -  By entering, you allow the Awards team to:
 
            
              -  Use your entry and images for promotional purposes.
 
              -  Share your contact details with sponsors and partners.
 
              -  You agree to participate in any required publicity (photos, interviews, etc.).
 
            
          
           Changes & Cancellations
          
            -  The Awards team or jury may change, merge, split, or cancel categories based on the number or quality of entries.
 
            -  If no eligible entry is found in a category, that category may be withdrawn.
 
          
           Call for Entries
          
            -  Entries are open and announced via media and direct communication—no separate notice will be sent.
 
            -  Fill out the online application form through the official website.
 
            -  Multiple entries in different categories are allowed.
 
            -  Mandatory documents must be uploaded as specified per category.
